Website Terms of Use
Last updated: September 2026
1. About these terms
1.1The website at infinityallianceproject.com.au (the Website) is operated by Infinity Alliance Project (ABN 56 688 034 737, NSW Contractor Licence 486488C) (we, us, our).
1.2By using the Website you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2. General information only
2.1Content on the Website, including service descriptions, frequently asked questions, cost factors, timeframes and references to laws, standards or approvals, is general information only. It is not legal, engineering, planning, financial or other professional advice, and it does not take your particular property or circumstances into account.
2.2Laws, standards and approval requirements change. You should confirm how they apply to your project with the relevant authority, your strata manager, or a qualified professional before relying on them.
2.3We take reasonable care to keep the Website accurate and current but, to the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or free from errors.
3. No offer or contract
3.1Nothing on the Website is an offer to carry out work at a particular price or time. We are only bound when we issue a written quote and you accept it, or when we both sign a written contract.
3.2Submitting an enquiry or quote request through the Website does not create a contract and does not oblige either of us to proceed.
4. Start-time statement
4.1Where the Website says we aim to attend or start a job within three days once a quote is approved, this is a target, not a guarantee. It applies from the later of: our receipt of your written acceptance of the quote; receipt of any deposit and, where required by law, issue of the Home Building Compensation Fund certificate; and receipt of all approvals and access needed for the work.
4.2The target is subject to conditions including material and product availability, weather, safe site conditions, site access, strata or council approvals, emergencies, public holidays, and our existing work schedule. It does not refer to the time needed to complete the work.
5. Emergency services
5.1Emergency and after-hours attendance depends on the availability of our team, the location of the property, weather and safety conditions. Call-out fees and after-hours rates apply.
5.2If there is a risk to life or of serious injury, call 000 first. For gas leaks, contact your gas distributor. For fallen power lines or electrical hazards, contact your electricity distributor.
6. Reviews, photos and examples
6.1Client reviews reflect the individual experiences of those clients. Results depend on each property, scope and budget.
6.2Images on the Website may include illustrations or examples that are representative only and may not show a specific completed project.
7. Intellectual property
7.1The Website content, including text, graphics, logos and images, is owned by or licensed to us. You may view and print it for personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce or republish it for any other purpose without our written permission.
8. Acceptable use
8.1You must not use the Website to submit false or misleading enquiries, to send spam or harmful code, to collect other people's information, or in any way that breaches the law or interferes with the Website.
9. Third-party websites
9.1The Website links to third-party sites, including Google, Instagram, NSW Government websites and our related business Infinity Floor Sanding. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

12.1We may update these Terms of Use at any time by publishing a new version on the Website.
12.2These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts and tribunals.
