Yes. Property managers, strata managers and building managers are a core part of our work. We handle maintenance requests, leaks, repairs, painting, flooring and make-good works, and we quote in a format that is easy to forward to landlords, owners corporations or strata committees.
Do you offer emergency roof leak repairs in Sydney?
Yes. We take emergency and after-hours call-outs for roof leaks, water ingress and storm damage. Call 0424 382 070. Our first priority is to make the property safe and stop further damage, then we inspect, quote and repair the cause.
What are make-good works?
Make-good works are the repairs and restoration needed to return a leased property to the condition the lease requires when a tenancy ends. They often include patching and painting walls, repairing or replacing flooring, removing fit-out items and fixing damage.
What is building defect rectification?
Building defect rectification is the repair of faults in a building, such as water leaks, failed waterproofing, cracking or poor finishes. We inspect the problem, find the cause and quote the repair, which is common work for strata buildings and investment properties.
How quickly can you start a job?
Once your quote is approved, we aim to attend the job within three days. Conditions apply, including material availability, weather and site access. Emergency call-outs are handled separately and as a priority.
